Well what can I say.  According to Reporter Jody Ferres at the Quad-Cities Times, there were about 1000 bikes
and 1500 riders.  All joined in a cause to help kids have a Merry Christmas.
Iowa A.B.A.T.E. District 15 and the Marine Corp Reserve have put this event together for 23 years now.
An event to kick-off the Marine Corp Reserve's annual Toys for Tots campaign in the Quad-Cities.
The West Kimberly Road K-Mart in Davenport donated part of their parking lot as a staging area  for the riders
and even offered 10% off toys purchased for the ride.  The police escorted parade wound through Davenport and
ended at Hobby Lobby's parking lot, where the toys were collected.  Another great weekend of weather and a
good cause brought the Biking community together again.  Way to go Bikers, Iowa A.B.A.T.E. District 15, the
Marine Corp Reserve, K-Mart, Hobby Lobby, and the whole community for helping with this event.
Special thanks to Shawn and Amber for contributing photographs.  Thanks a Billion you guys!
